Preheat oven to 400℉. In a small bowl combine tuna, miracle whip, shallot, lemon juice, and half of dill weed. Mix well until ingredients are incorporated.
Cut english muffin in half and place in baking dish cut-side up. Spoon tuna salad equally over each half of english muffin. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top followed by the remaining dill weed. Bake for 9 minutes.
