Instructions
Arrange banana coins on a rimmed baking sheet so they aren't touching and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Add bananas, coconut milk, peanut butter, and chocolate chips to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve right away or freeze for later use.
Notes
I like to use the coconut cream on top of the coconut milk for this recipe as it adds to the creaminess of the recipe. You can use regular milk for this recipe as well.
