Ingredients
  

Spicy Grilled Burgers

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 3 slices Pepper Jack cheese
  • 3 hamburger buns

Jalapeño Mayo

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions
 

Spicy Grilled Burgers

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat. Form ground beef into about 1/3 pound patties. Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill burgers 6-8 minutes per side at about 400℉, flipping once. Add sliced Pepper Jack cheese immediately upon removing burgers from the grill or for the last minute or so of grilling.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the jalapeño mayo. Place the burgers on buns, add the jalapeño mayo to the inside of the top bun and serve. YUM YUM!! You may want to add a side of sauce for dipping if you're like me. It's just too good!

Jalapeño Mayo

  • Add ingredients to a mini food processor and pulse several times until sauce is smooth and creamy. Store in fridge in an airtight container until ready for use. Makes about 1 cup.
