Favorite No-Bake Holiday Cherry Cheesecake
A holiday favorite that consists of a graham cracker crust, cream cheese middle, and cherry filling topping. It's festive, fuss-free, and no-bake!
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 oz pkg full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream

Beat whipping cream on medium-high speed for 1-2 minutes until thickens a bit. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and spreadable. Using a whisk or whisk attachment on a stand-up mixer, add whipping cream to cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over prepared crust and smooth out with a rubber spatula or spreader. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Spread the cherry pie filling over the top after 2 hours and refrigerate until ready to serve.
