Preheat oven to 425℉. Wash asparagus stalks and pat dry with paper towels. Remove tough ends of stalks by bending the thick end of the stalks until they snap and discard.
Arrange stalks on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over stalks and mix until they are evenly coated with oil. Arrange in a single layer. Sprinkle Veggie Shake seasoning over stalks. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over asparagus evenly down the center of the stalks.
Roast asparagus for 9-11 minutes for thinner stalks and 12-15 minutes for thicker stalks.
