Pina Colada Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 3.4 oz box Jello brand coconut cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 6 oz container coconut yogurt
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • 1. If using KitchenAid Ice Cream Bowl attachment, place bowl in freezer at least 15 hours prior to use. Otherwise prepare ice cream maker according to manufacturer's recommendations.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine whipping cream, milk, pudding mix, yogurt, crushed pineapple, and rum and vanilla extracts.
  • 3. Using immersion blender, mix well just until ingredients are incorporated. Pour into KitchenAid Ice Cream Bowl (on Speed 1) and mix for 15-20 minutes. Freeze for 2-4 hours or until ice cream has set. May use other ice cream maker and freeze according to directions of manufacturer.
