Ingredients

spinach

arugula

cilantro

green onion

fresh garlic
Juice from 1 large lemon

olive oil

chickpeas
rinsed well in cold water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add spinach, arugula, cilantro, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor. Process contents until consistency is creamy.
Add chickpeas to mixture and blend until smooth.
Transfer hummus to serving bowl and serve immediately.
