Easy BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1- 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs or any chicken pieces
  • 1/2 yellow onion cut into rings
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish with Pam or non-stick spray. Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer and cover with onion. Dot chicken with olive oil.
  • Combine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, ketchup, and water in medium mixing bowl and blend together. Pour evenly over chicken thighs.
  • Bake covered with foil for 2 hours and an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
