1- 1 1/2poundschicken thighs or any chicken pieces
1/2yellow onioncut into rings
1-2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonscider vinegar
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
3tablespoonsbrown sugar
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1cupketchup
1cupwater
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish with Pam or non-stick spray. Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer and cover with onion. Dot chicken with olive oil.
Combine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, ketchup, and water in medium mixing bowl and blend together. Pour evenly over chicken thighs.
Bake covered with foil for 2 hours and an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
