- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 tablespoon Jif chocolate peanut powder
- Optional toppings-granola chia seeds, blackberries or other fresh fruit
Blend frozen fruit, milk, coconut extract, and chocolate peanut powder in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour in small bowl and add your desired toppings. Enjoy!
