Spinach and Green Pepper Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 cup baby spinach chopped finely
  • 1 T ranch dressing
  • salt and pepper
  • McCormick Grill Mates Spicy Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Instructions
 

  • 1. Combine ground beef, green pepper, red onion, baby spinach and ranch dressing. Mix together well.
  • 2. Shape into hamburger patties and season with salt and pepper, Spicy Montreal Steak seasoning, and lightly coat patties with ranch dressing on top.
  • 3. Grill to 160 degrees Fahrenheit or to desired doneness.
  • 4. Enjoy these amazing flavorful burgers!
