BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder
  • Favorite Pork Rub Seasoning I use HyVee Hickory House Harvest Maple Pork Seasoning
  • Worchestershire Sauce

For the Coleslaw

  • 1 14 oz bag Coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/4 cup That's Smart Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Place pork shoulder in crockpot.
  • Cover entire pork shoulder with Worchestershire sauce and then sprinkle pork rub all over top of roast.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred pork. Drizzle 1/4-1/2 cup BBQ sauce on top and mix together.

Coleslaw

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and combine until well incorporated.
  • Serve on a fresh bun with a spoonful of coleslaw on top.
