Off-the-Farm Blackberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk I used skim but use what you prefer
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt Recommend Chobani coconut blended greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup blackberries or more
  • pecans crushed

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in mason jar or sealable container.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning add blackberries, hand crushed pecans and honey.
  • Stir well and enjoy!
