Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

low-fat milk
I used skim but use what you prefer
1/4
cup
coconut yogurt
Recommend Chobani coconut blended greek yogurt
1/2
teaspoon
chia seeds
1
teaspoon
honey
1/2
cup
blackberries or more
pecans
crushed
Instructions
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in mason jar or sealable container.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning add blackberries, hand crushed pecans and honey.
Stir well and enjoy!
