Spread 1 tablespoon of miracle whip and 1 tablespoon of hummus each onto one slice of bread. Add lettuce, slice of cheese, turkey, avocado, and tomato on top of bread. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Place on panini grill and heat to desired doneness about 5-8 minutes. Repeat as needed.
Remove from panini grill and serve with your favorite bowl of soup.
