1/4cuplow fat vanilla yogurt- I prefer Chobani greek vanilla
1/2cuppitted cherriesfresh or frozen
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonchia seeds
Instructions
Combine oats and milk to mason jar or sealable container. Add layer of pitted cherries and then yogurt followed by a few more cherries. Top off with cinnamon and chia seeds. Refrigerate oats overnight and enjoy in the morning or after 2-3 hours.
