Almond Butter Spring Blossoms
3 Scoops of Sugar
The spring and summer version of peanut butter blossoms which are one of my two favorite cookies. These almond butter cookies are simply delicious.

sugar

brown sugar

almond butter

egg

flour

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
kosher salt

candy pieces- either Hershey®️ kisses or KitKat®️ white minis
pastel colored sugar for rolling dough in
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a large bowl of a stand mixer, beat sugar, brown sugar, almond butter, and egg.
Gradually add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll each dough ball into colored sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 7-10 minutes. Edges should be light brown in color. Press candy in center of cookie.
Transfer to wire cooling rack.

Notes
Store cookies in sealable plastic container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
