cans albacore tuna
drained

tablespoons
aioli
I used diLusso basil aioli

cup
celery
chopped

tablespoon
shallots or onion

teaspoons
lemon juice
pinch
coarse salt and black pepper

teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1/2
avocado
peeled, seeded, and cubed
lettuce leaves
pita bread
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix tuna fish and aioli until combined.
Add celery, shallots, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper and stir to combine.
Gently fold in avocado.
Warm pita bread in microwave on paper towel for 10-15 seconds to prevent bread from cracking.
Add leaf of lettuce to one side of pita bread and spoon tuna salad over lettuce.
Fold other side of bread over and serve.
