Asian Lettuce Wraps with Ground Turkey

Romaine lettuce filled with ground turkey, julienned carrots, and a blend of sauces for an easy and fulfilling meal. Your friends and family are going to love these and they're healthy!

1 tablespoon peanut oil 1 medium onion chopped 1 pound ground turkey 1/2 cup Asian peanut sauce 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce + additional for dipping if desired 1 cup carrots finely julienned 6 Romaine lettuce leaves or whatever lettuce you prefer for your wraps
Heat peanut oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chopped onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until softened.
Add ground turkey and cook until brown and cooked through.
Add peanut sauce, hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and carrots. Stir well until heated through.
Gather washed and thoroughly dried lettuce leaves.
Spoon turkey mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
