Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Cinnamon apple overnight oats are the perfect start to your busy day! Just grab them from the fridge and go! You gotta love that.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple I love Jonagold apples in this!
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon + pinch more if needed
  • honey
  • pinch chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Pour in the whole oats to a jar or cup followed by the milk and yogurt.
  • Add the chopped apples on top of oats and milk mixture.
  • Sprinkle in the cinnamon on top of the chopped apple. Use a pinch more to coat the rest of the chopped apple if needed. I love the cinnamon and apples together!
  • Top with a little honey over the apples followed by a pinch of chia seeds.
  • Refrigerate for four hours or overnight and enjoy!
