Keepin It Classy Meatloaf will give you quite the surprise after the first bite and again after the last.

- 1-4 oz can chopped mushrooms
- Milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 cups torn soft sandwich bread crust removed
- 2 lb lean 85/15 or higher ground beef
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add enough milk to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup.
In a large mixing bowl combine the liquid from the mushrooms, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, dry mustard, and bread crumbs. Let stand about 3 minutes.
Stir in beef and mushrooms. Mix lightly but not thoroughly.
Shape into loaf in 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Bake 60-70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160℉.
