Naked Guacamole Burgers with Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

lean ground beef
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Guacamole

ripe avocados
peeled and pitted

cup
red or yellow onion

Roma tomato
chopped

lime juice

kosher salt

finely chopped jalapeños

tablespoons
fresh cilantro
chopped
Pico de Gallo

cup
chopped yellow onion
1/2
cup
chopped tomato
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt

lime juice
1/4
cup
fresh cilantro
chopped

tablespoons
finely chopped jalapeños
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat or about 400℉.
Form ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Grill burgers 12-15 minutes flipping once or until desired doneness.
Guacamole
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Keep covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
Pico de Gallo
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Store in fridge until ready to use.
Naked Guacamole Burgers
When burgers are done, top with guacamole and a dollop of pico de gallo and serve immediately. Enjoy!!
