Naked Guacamole Burgers with Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Guacamole

  • 4 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup red or yellow onion
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Pico de Gallo

  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeños

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat or about 400℉.
  • Form ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Grill burgers 12-15 minutes flipping once or until desired doneness.

Guacamole

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Keep covered in refrigerator until ready to use.

Pico de Gallo

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Store in fridge until ready to use.

Naked Guacamole Burgers

  • When burgers are done, top with guacamole and a dollop of pico de gallo and serve immediately. Enjoy!!
