In a large bowl, combine all turkey burger ingredients and mix until well incorporated with either your clean hands or a wooden spoon.
Shape into 4 equal patties.
Transfer to grill, close lid and cook for about 7 minutes or until grill marks appear on bottom and flip with a metal spatula. Cook burgers for about another 7 minutes or until thermometer reads 165℉.
Fried eggs
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Once melted add eggs carefully to skillet as not to break the yolks. Reduce heat to medium.
Cook eggs until whites are set and yolks jiggle just a bit when you shake the pan. Times really vary depending on the level of heat you use and how runny you would like your eggs.
Remove from heat.
Assembly of Burgers
Place avocado slices on bottom bun halves, followed by turkey burgers and top with fried eggs. Enjoy!
