Ingredients

Homemade Peanut Butter

  • 4 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Homemade Peanut Butter

  • In a high-powered blender, combine peanuts and honey. Blend for 3-4 minutes. Mixture will get thick at first, but continue to blend and it will become smoother with a bit of texture. If you prefer creamy peanut butter continue to blend for an extra minute or so.

Quick and Easy Strawberry Sauce

  • See the recipe here. You can certainly substitute strawberry jam for this strawberry sauce to save time. Do what works best!

Grilled PBJ

  • Preheat panini grill to medium high heat.
  • Layer sourdough slices with homemade peanut butter on one side and strawberry sauce on the other half. Use a slotted spoon for best results to drain as much liquid as possible from the strawberry sauce.
  • Place on panini grill and grill until bread is a golden brown color.
  • Enjoy!!
