- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts sliced lengthwise
- Ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon Traeger® Blackened Saskatchewan seasoning
- 2 sprigs fresh dill chopped
- 4-5 jalapeño stuffed green olives sliced
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour enough Ranch dressing over chicken to coat. Use tongs to flip chicken over and coat the bottom evenly and then flip back over. Repeat for remaining chicken breasts.
Sprinkle Blackened Saskatchewan seasoning and fresh dill over chicken.
Arrange sliced stuffed olives over chicken breasts.
Bake for 22-25 minutes.*
To keep recipe gluten free, make certain you use a gluten free ranch dressing.
*Baking times may vary. I prefer to cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise as ensures chicken is cooked more evenly. Take note that cooking times will be longer if you do not slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
