Super Easy Grilled Sweet Corn with Parsley

Summer takes a turn when sweet corn starts to show up! Who doesn't love the simplicity of some good 'ol corn on the cob?! But I guess I'm from the Cornhusker state so I really don't have a choice.

- 6 ears of corn husks and silks removed
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley finely chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preheat grill to 400℉.
Brush corn with olive oil on all sides.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over ears of corn. Repeat on two more sides of the corn.
Grill for 10-14 minutes depending on your desired level of doneness.
Remove from grill and sprinkle fresh parsley over corn and give each a squeeze of lemon and serve.
