whole oats

milk of choice

honey

fresh raspberries+ more for topping

plain or vanilla greek yogurt

heavy cream

teaspoon
almond extract
toppings: sliced almonds
banana slices, unsweetened coconut, more honey if desired
Instructions
In a small food processor, process raspberries until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the greek yogurt until well blended. Set aside.
Using a mason jar in the following order add: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, honey, blended raspberry and yogurt mix, and 1/2 of the almond extract.
Repeat with the 2nd mason jar. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Add fresh raspberries, banana slices, almonds, coconut, and another swirl of honey if desired for toppings.
