Butter lettuce wraps with shrimp and imitation crab combined into a seafood salad with miracle whip, dill, paprika, green onion, and celery.
Sandwiches and salads are great for lunch but every now and then I want something a little different. Good different. These seafood salad butter lettuce wraps are definitely good different.
This salad can be tossed together in 5 minutes and you have a couple days of lunches all set. I have used Romaine lettuce for salad wraps before and it works just fine but I have to say butter lettuce is the way to go!
Other ways to enjoy this Shrimp and Crab Salad:
- eat it with your favorite cracker for a simple hors d’oeuvres.
- go for the traditional wrap and toss this seafood salad into a tortilla wrap
- serve it alongside a green salad
- eat it as is (sooo good!)
