Juicy grilled burgers with Pepper Jack cheese and the best jalapeño mayo make for the best grilled summer burger!
Grilled burgers are my favorite summer grilled food hands down. It doesn’t have to be beef but today I’m glad it is. These spicy grilled burgers with jalapeño mayo are taking burgers to that next level. Moove over ketchup and mustard!! Spicy jalapeño mayo is going to make your grilled burger the best burger you’ve had this year.
Oh, and you won’t want to limit using this spicy jalapeño mayo to just burgers. You will be spreading, spooning, and dolloping this sauce on everything possible! I know I have been.
I have come to realize that I love sauces, dressings, and anything that helps to liven up a recipe. Burgers are pretty awesome as they are but an exceptional sauce (AKA the spicy jalapeño mayo yes we are talkin bout you!) can really make your burger go from great to What About Bob level mmmm mmmmm mmmmmmmmm!

Spicy Grilled Burgers with Jalapeño Mayo
Ingredients
Spicy Grilled Burgers
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 3 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 3 hamburger buns
Jalapeño Mayo
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
Spicy Grilled Burgers
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Form ground beef into about 1/3 pound patties. Season patties with salt and pepper. Grill burgers 6-8 minutes per side at about 400℉, flipping once. Add sliced Pepper Jack cheese immediately upon removing burgers from the grill or for the last minute or so of grilling.
- Meanwhile, prepare the jalapeño mayo. Place the burgers on buns, add the jalapeño mayo to the inside of the top bun and serve. YUM YUM!! You may want to add a side of sauce for dipping if you're like me. It's just too good!
Jalapeño Mayo
- Add ingredients to a mini food processor and pulse several times until sauce is smooth and creamy. Store in fridge in an airtight container until ready for use. Makes about 1 cup.
