Cherry vinaigrette is here for you when you are ready for it.
Merry Christmas friends! I hope this post finds you well. And may you eat some wonderfully delicious food and be among great company. It’s easy to get wrapped up in all of the holiday shenanigans, so my one wish for you is that you find the time to sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of this wonderful holiday.
One of our traditions growing up was to watch A Christmas Story sometime on the morning of Christmas. It was never a deal where everyone gathered on the couch and we all watched it together. No, there wasn’t that kind of time on Christmas morning even as a 5 year old. There were toys to be opened, egg casserole to scarf down, and showers to race to in hope you were the first one. I never won that battle with two older sisters though! However, I remember A Christmas Story being on every TV in the house. We could catch some during breakfast, as we were getting ready, but all things stopped when it was time for Flick to get his tongue stuck to the pole. That scene is the best!
