Homemade granola is one of my favorite things to make. It’s quick, fuss-free, and everyone loves it. This Big Cluster Coconut Almond Granola will be your new go-to granola because it is indeed that tasty!
Hey there!
How do you guys feel about homemade granola? I mean are you more interested in just buying it from the store? I can completely identify with that because I usually just buy it. Literally, it is in my grocery cart every week. We really like the Bear Naked Cacao and Cashew Butter kind. However, every couple months I make a batch of homemade granola and I’m like why don’t I do this more?!? I end up with a whole lot more granola than the bag I purchase and it’s soooo delicious!!
And it’s so fun to mix and match ingredients to fit your granola mood.
Yup, granola mood is a thing.
Like I am always in the mood for granola. Ha!
The cool thing about making homemade granola is the simplicity of it. It’s much easier than most people probably even realize.
It goes like this:
- Grab 2 bowls, one bigger and one a little smaller.
- Mix the dry ingredients in the bigger bowl.
- Whisk the wet ingredients together in the smaller bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients in to the dry ones and stir.
- Spread mixture onto a baking sheet evenly.
- Bake at 350℉ for 15-20 minutes.
What’s not to love about that?!
If you are interested in some more kinds, I also made this homemade cinnamon pecan granola and this coconut and cashew granola with chocolate chips.
They are both fantastic!
Granola is definitely great on its own but I like it best on some yogurt with some fresh berries and maybe a dab of whipped cream if I feel like getting fancy. I also like it on top of smoothies.
Well this granola recipe was actually created for an upcoming recipe but I just had to separate this granola from it because it totally deserves a post on its own.
I can’t wait to share my next post with you all because it’s such a great snack/dessert/any time of day I need a little something kinda thing!!
