All the taste of buffalo wings but made with cauliflower to give it a nutrition boost. These buffalo cauliflower bites are great as an appetizer or a snack.
Ooooohhh hi amazingly good buffalo cauliflower bites! Current task list at hand: 1. Make coffee 2. Work on meal #4 of my meal plan for next week 3. Get some cauliflower from the store to make these buffalo cauliflower bites again! I can’t get enough of these. They’re like a bag of chips but soooo much better than that.
Seriously, who knew cauliflower could taste this good?! I am utterly shocked at how delicious these are. We have Reese’s birthday party coming up soon…and I am definitely making these for it. Everyone needs to try these.
It’s like you aren’t even eating cauliflower, except you are and reaping all the benefits of it!
It couldn’t be any easier to make either. These buffalo cauliflower bites are perfect for a Saturday afternoon. You know those Saturdays when not much is going on you are kind of cleaning the house, kinda not, sort of watching TV sorta not. Ya, our Saturdays aren’t like that lately because we literally have something every weekend in April. There are First Communions, birthday parties, family weekend brunches (don’t dare miss those!), and more birthday parties! It’s busy and I love busy because I have to since we decided to have three kids in three years. Right?!
So when you need a minute to breathe and appreciate everything around you, definitely make these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and just sit back and enjoy!
